Laughs are hard, make that impossible, to come by in “Black Rabbit,” an eight-hour Netflix series so humorless that it actually does make “The Bear” look like a comedy. Let me say right off that the “Black Rabbit” of the title is a restaurant, a clubby, sleazy-chic New York watering hole. The Brooklyn-born Friedkin brothers, Jake (Jude Law) and black-sheep Vince (Jason Bateman), put it together just before their own relationship split at the seams.
