So you thought maybe Disney’s “Lilo & Stitch” cornered the summer market on live-action versions of animated hits. Think again. With a worldwide gross of near $200 million for its opening weekend, “How to Train Your Dragon” flew past the latest Mouse House goldmine to grab the No. 1 spot at the box-office. Pretty good for a cartoon franchise that started 15 years ago, a lifetime in terms of the family audiences that generate the profit heat.
