Sure, Jessie Buckley is howling. Her “bride” has been raised from the dead—without her consent—to provide companionship and sexual release for a perv (Christian Bale) stitched together from rotting body parts. And that’s just the kickoff for “The Bride!” a primal scream of a movie from writer-director Maggie Gyllenhaal that reimagines James Whale’s 1935 classic, “The Bride of Frankenstein,” for the Jeffrey Epstein era.
