Too bad witches Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman don’t have a spell to make this sequel a better movie.

Midnight margaritas! That’s the most fun thing I remember about the first “Practical Magic” in 1998. The margs are back in the sequel, which is good. Sadly, good is otherwise in short supply as I proceed to the matter at hand, a review unfortified by tequila and lime.
