The first season of “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder” on Netflix got a bum rap for playing it PG-ish safe with sorry ass YA piffle. OK, maybe it was a little. But season 2 is no such thing, unless you think that description fits a show that pivots around a child whose serial killer father used him as bait to attract kids he could abuse and butcher. Settle down, folks.
